Mix on high until light and yellow. Stir in the 1/3 of the dry ingredients at a time until combined then beat on high for 2 minutes. Pour the prepared batter in the pan and bake 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool 10 minutes in the pan then turn out on a wire rack for an hour or longer. When it is cool dust with powdered sugar or your favorite icing. Enjoy your chocolate cakes.
